We are now running 2 cities, 1st city Alphaville and 2nd city ProjectV.
In order to play in PV you have to complete all achievements in Alphaville,
use the book in Hogwarts, and pay a fee of 1 million to advance your sim to PV.
This has to be done with every sim you want to advance to PV.
Alphaville will NOT reset so people who dont like resets can stay in Alphaville
and wont be bothered with that however PV will reset when someone completes
all their achievements.
On advancement all the money will be transfered (-$1,000,000 for the fee) and
1 object per 5 levels a sim has.
Put the items you want and can transfer in your inventory.
